Princess Seraphina

Princess of Moonbrook, a small kingdom on the border of the kingdom of Stormrise.

Backstory

The kingdom of Moonbrook is one of the smallest yet oldest in the land. It lies in a beautiful gorge on the far edges of the kingdom of Stormrise. The peaceful nature of Moonbrook is being threatened by the ever growing orc tribes on the other side of the mountains and the increasing raids on nearby villages.

Seraphina has been groomed since birth to become the future queen of Moonbrook. Her mother sadly passed away when she was just 6 years old during child birth, her little brother unfortunately stillborn. Her father hasn’t always been the best parent, going on elaborate hunting trips and letting his staff take care of his only daughter. Seraphina grew up having to be the mature future queen she was expected to become. She also grew stubborn and rebellious as she got older, trying to oppose her father. This only grew stronger as he wanted to push her towards marriage. But Seraphina managed to foil every effort of valiant noble men trying to court her.

The orc raiders were growing more bold by the day, attacking closer to the castle. So the king summoned his legion and send word to the king of Stormrise requesting aid. The two kings met and came to an agreement. Prince Galen of Stormrise and Princess Seraphina of Moonbrook were to be married. The kingdom of Moonbrook would become a vassal of Stormrise, ensuring their safety.

Seraphina however, had other ideas…
